Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects and building relationships as well as developing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. This role also requires hands-on experience in event planning and brand activation, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns both online and in person.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Nurture and grow current business relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead a cross-functional team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional (TV, Radio, out-of-home) and digital channels (social media, email, web, paid media).
  • Strategically manage client marketing goals and initiatives and ensure projects are completed in alignment with the intended message, budget, and brand.
  • Lead client meetings, including agenda creation and post-meeting action items.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare client reports with actionable insights.
  • Support event planning and execution, including product launches, trade shows, promotional events, and brand activations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies to clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, experiential marketing, and brand activations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
