Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Nurture and grow current business relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead a cross-functional team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional (TV, Radio, out-of-home) and digital channels (social media, email, web, paid media).
- Strategically manage client marketing goals and initiatives and ensure projects are completed in alignment with the intended message, budget, and brand.
- Lead client meetings, including agenda creation and post-meeting action items.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare client reports with actionable insights.
- Support event planning and execution, including product launches, trade shows, promotional events, and brand activations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies to clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, experiential marketing, and brand activations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
