On social media, the Wingard team saw the opportunity to create a digital gathering place for the Flagship Food Group’s fans and followers. From mouthwatering recipes to engaging memes, every post invited the brand’s users to pull up a chair and join the conversation.
This tactic drove more than $20,000 in online revenue with an open rate of 30%. For La Tortilla Factory, emails drove approximately $62,000 for the year, almost double the revenue from the year before.
