The 20th anniversary logo for The DONNA Foundation

When Jax Federal Credit Union was ready to launch its rebrand as RadiFi Credit Union in 2023, they turned to Wingard to “make waves” in the local community.

RadiFi wanted a unique way to announce the name change, so Wingard planned an experiential installation at Riverside Arts Market that included a 360-degree photo booth, a silent disco and branded promotional items to encourage interaction between RadiFi team members and the 3,000+ attendees.

We also executed a social media contest in which the prize was a custom-designed surfboard made by renowned local shaper Mike Whisnant.

In tandem with the event, we worked with RadiFi to design and install outdoor signage, ATM surrounds and coin machine wraps at each branch location to officially turn over the brand.

The event and promotional campaign served as a way to underpin the brand’s core value of member empowerment and further emphasize the credit union’s deep-rooted connection to the neighborhoods it serves.
