When the company broke ground on a new development it was calling “The Shoppes on Riverside,” we not only took notice — we also took notes on how to integrate the center’s story into the larger conversation about the up-and-coming Brooklyn neighborhood.
For this project, we consulted noted Jacksonville historian Wayne Wood to delve into the neighborhood’s past.
As the wheels for a brand story turned, we developed a whole new name, a trolley-inspired logo, and a fresh slate of ideas for creative place making. Our PR support helped raise awareness for the center’s first tenant opening, and first-day sales at The Fresh Market were 30% higher than anticipated.
In the years since then, our efforts have resulted in hundreds of positive earned media placements in local, regional, and national outlets, ranging from industry awards and coverage of new construction developments throughout the project life cycle, to client success stories and thought leadership opportunities.
In addition, our design team meticulously crafted packaging that not only captured attention but also embodied the unique essence of each brand, evoking anticipation and excitement on the shelf.
